You can also use this taper on the left rear on a DEORE Freehub (9/10-Speed) FH-T610, FH-M590/M595 rear hub as a replacement for Y3SV98020. You will then need to transfer the dust cap from your old left taper. The new dust cap then fits the right rear cone, the right/left cones are not interchangeable. You have to reuse the rest.

Pros & Cons

The cone also fits perfectly on the left rear for the FH-M665 and FH-M435 hubs (spare part numbers Y-3D398050 and Y3T398020). I replaced the damaged cone on two such hubs and now they run like new again. :) PS: I have the impression that the rear left cone is a weak point on this type of hub. The right cone is a little bit shorter, so it can't be swapped with the left one. Otherwise the seal will not fit. If the left-hand cone set (incl. washers and nut, which you usually do not need to replace) is no longer available, you have to look for compatible hubs or successor models. Hence the reference above.
