Shimano WH-M8120 DEORE XT MTB Wheels

The Shimano M8120 DEORE XT mountain bike wheels with 30 mm internal rim width. The wider rim allows for better riding characteristics as the tyre keeps its shape better when cornering. The hubs feature a 15 mm thru axle at the front and a 12 mm thru axle at the rear. The Boost fitting width is 110 mm at the front and 148 mm at the rear. This makes for a stiffer whole and for more control in corners and technical descents.

When developing the Shimano WH-M8120 mountain bike wheels, the focus points were weight reduction and durability. Shimano wouldn't be Shimano if it didn't succeed. The wheels are lighter than previous XT wheels. They have tubeless-ready aluminum rims. Each rim provides a wider platform for modern mountain bike tyrea, which are getting wider. These wheels are light, fast and ready to blast through the woods and across trails!
