Description
The Shimano RT-CL800 brake discs are part of the Shimano Ultegra R8100 and Shimano GRX groupset. These Shimano RT-CL800 brake discs have been further optimised to improve heat dissipation. Thus, thanks to a different composition, Shimano has ensured that there is a considerable heat reduction and less deformation of the brake disc. This serves the ultimate goal of providing even more braking power and better controllability. The spider has been kept quite open to reduce the wind's hold on it.
For brake discs, you have 2 different ways of mounting depending on the washer. One has an internal fit that you can tighten with a cassette removal tool without a pin. If the inside of the key is open, it can reach far enough over the axle of the wheel. The other version is an external fit that you can tighten with a bottom bracket key.

How to assemble the disc brake ?For brake discs, you have 2 different ways of mounting depending on the washer.
