for measuring more expensive chains whether there is stretch on them, I think this is a better product than the standard one. Especially the gradation for stretch is a must. more than 0.5 is sometimes already wear on the cassette and for sprockets, so that extra accuracy for the people who naturally want to measure their chain. TIP: measure you chain before waxing!!! with waxing you usually reduce the stretch, not much but still measurable!!! with others not possible

Good product. Only thing is you can put too much pressure and a new chain is already out of toll. Just use gently it will be fine.

If you want to change your chain before it wears out to save sprockets, this is less accurate than a digital one.

Works quickly and easily. Can't be measured incorrectly. With an 11 or 12 speed the chain has to be replaced from 0.50 the other tools usually made of metal what you slide on your chain measure from 0.75. This tool provides the solution.
