The light is adjustable in all directions, so for oncoming traffic I can smoothly direct the light beam a bit more towards the ground. I read in some reviews that there are quite a lot of modes. When the light is off and you press the button for 5 sec, you enter race mode, and switch only between overdrive and economy. These 2 modes are enough for me.

Yes every evening ride the lamp is in position 3 or 4, but the full 800 lumens should not be used.

Great lamp with plenty of light. For those who have too many modes: try the "Race Mode" by pressing and holding after switching on. I mainly use the Enduro mode, as it is otherwise too bright in oncoming traffic. Unfortunately, I saw too late that they are available in a bundle with the Strip Drive.

The different settings allow for sufficient light at all times. I use them on the racing bike. At the brightest setting, the battery does run down quickly. You only need this setting on unlit roads, e.g. an unlit towpath.

brilliant light, this is my second one and they last. I got one 8 years ago and this one is identical, no design changes. the 1st is still working perfect and haven’t lost any charging capacity which is a testament to the quality.

In use for 1 winter + 1 summer. FINALLY, motorists respect you, they move over or stop. They no longer cut you off! Bought EXCLUSIVELY for the "heartbeat" flash (2 flashes then 1 black). The flash should be aimed downwards at night to reduce the glare from motorists (800lm is too powerful at night) because we need to respect each other. Battery life increases with use. Lasts 2~3 weeks (30min/day - 4 days/week) with this type of flash. Placed on the handlebars, it's the perfect complement to my permanent bike lights for attracting attention in car mirrors. I'm very happy with the product, although I'd like a less powerful heartbeat flash for night-time use and direct access to each setting (1 knob for choosing the flash + 1 on/off button). This product is a big plus in terms of safety.

It's a good lamp, fairly light, lights up really well at full power, and the "city" mode with the bright flash is also excellent. You're really easy to see. But be careful, when you use the lamp at full power, the battery life goes down dramatically. So if you plan to ride for several hours at night (without recharging), pay attention to energy management.

Very good lamp (light-wise). But it interferes with the Garmin bike computer. No more transmission of speed and pulse as soon as the lamp is switched off. Random functions such as transport are then switched on in the bike computer. After switching off the lamp, everything is fine again.

The light convinces with its extreme luminous intensity, which you only need in deep darkness. At a lower level, you remain visible for a very long time, even on longer rides or a bike trip. Good battery life, comparatively low weight, a perfect combination!

I use this light on my road bike for commuting. I am very satisfied with it. I am highly visible and the lighting is good. Recommended. Cheaper ones I do not recommend, due to the method of charging.

Shines brightly and with a well-shaped beam. Battery life is okay. Switching between modes can be annoying, simply because there are so many. The mounts available from Lezyne are recommended for mounting, either for a GoPro mount or handlebar.
