Beeline Velo 2

The Android app version 4.2.5985 cannot save routes. Also tried on another phone, there my routes created from imported gpx files are not saved either. Contacted support several times, they keep asking for device details before they want to go into the substance of the issue. Annoyingly, the details they want to know are only copied invisibly to the "clipboard". You don't get to see that info in the app. Also irritating is when you ask a question through the web form, that in the email only answer is given, but the question is no longer shown. That way, I lose the thread of the conversation. One clear answer did come: "We don't support any turn instructions in GPX files". Once the support was completely off the mark: I don't have an iPhone and no battery problem. Since I can't save routes in the app, and didn't get any useful support after 3 days, the Velo 2 is returned to sender, without even opening the packaging.
