Good sturdy yet neat work bag for cycling

There are few options on the market for a bag like this, neat bag that can still be carried on a bike. Carrying the bag then when it is full is not most comfortable, but doable

Nice bag only it is difficult to attach the bag to the bike. The cover flap lies loose on your carrier while cycling.
