Cycling holidays (stages >100km) were previously with saddle pain. Now no more. If it does come up, just top up and hop! Gone is saddle pain. Ideal.

The cream lubricates excellently and has a kind of vaseline texture. When it is warmer it does lubricate a little better than cold, as it "melts". Although the cream helps against chafing spots, if you already have spots they remain sensitive. There are also spots where you don't want the cream to go because there will be a kind of burning/stinging sensation. This is not an unpleasant feeling but you will feel it. So be careful where you apply it, in my case I have to live with this problem. Because rather that feeling than having my whole groin open. So in the end, just a top product!

Soft and non-greasy cream that I apply to pressure points before every 30K+ ride. Excess cream smeared over the chamois of cycling shorts. No more friction/heating at pressure points. In summer conditions, a second application during the lunch break has a cooling and soothing effect. The product continues to work when absorbed into the chamois. During multi-day cycling trips, I use Assos ointment before bedtime.
