The new Polar V650 is a great training device. Check your trainings data such as heart rate, speed, distance and altitude in one glance on the large-format color touchscreen. Together with the Polar Flow Webservice you plan your sessions, get guidance to achieve your goals and get more out of your workout. The Polar V650 offers many features to help you train better. The V650 has 3 profiles for cycling and 1 profile for another sport, can be set to desired settings. There are 6 training screens per profile possible, per screen there are 8 data fields possible.

The integrated GPS tracks your cycling speed, distance and route. The functions '' Back to Start '' and '' Route Tracking " will help you to get back to your starting point. The built-in barometric altimeter records data accurately such as gradient incline / decline and VAM (Vertical Ascent in meters) this is your climb rate. Using the data it is possible to calculate an accurate calorie consumption.

Via Polar Flow you can calculate what your recovery period is going to be and the optimal balance between rest and training is obtained. Immediately after your workout you will get motivating feedback about the effect of your training. The operation is intuitive and simple. On the front side there is a built in LED, which ensures you can be seen better. This can be enabled automatically as needed with dusk, or manual activation.
