Giro Fathom MTB Helmet

The brand new Giro Fathom bike helmet. Do you recognize this helmet? Remove the visor on the front and you have the Atmos II. It has a stylish design, a good fit and extremely good cooling features. The 23 active vents are combined with internal outlets. This allows a better cooling / airflow for your head! The Fathom is not only stylish but functional as well. The In-mold construction used by Giro is attached to the outer polycarbonate shell and shock absorbing foam lining. Furthermore, the Fathom is equipped with the Roc Loc 5 adjustment system. With the Roc Loc 5, you can easily adjust the tension and vertical position with one hand. You always wanted to have a Atmos (II) with visor? This is your chance!!

Technologies:
X-static Padding:
Besides the fact they are comfortable The X-static pads ensure anti-microbial properties to keep your helmet longer clean . The pads are machine washable.

In-Mold Construction:
The In-Mold Construction combines a strong polycarbonate outer shell with
shock absorbing helmet padding. Thanks to its fusion process it is possible to sculpt a better ventilation system, so the In-Mold helmets are lighter and cooler than most traditional helmets.

Wind Tunnel Ventilation:
Giro helmets are developed using its Giro Wind Tunnel ventilation system. This system combines the active vents with the internal ventilation outlets. This combination ensures a cool, fresh air flow over and around the riders head, while forcing the heat and stale out. The renewing of these ''air channels'' turns out to be a huge success. The riders were real enthusiastic, they noticed the new ''air flow'' around their head, resulting in a better cooling!!

POV Visor:
Point of View visors are anchored by a patented and internal connection mechanism. The visor is up to 15° adjustable without any tools and can be adjusted up or downwards. The visor is designed to stay in place and prevents loosening and rattling, even through rough terrain.
