The Garmin Extended Out-Front handlebar mount is a beautiful, aerodynamic handlebar mount designed especially for Garmin Edge models.

Increased safety and sight
The Garmin Extended Out-Front is a handlebar mount that places your Garmin in front of your stem. That means you won't have to look all the way down to the stem to find out what your heart rate is or what route you should take. Its position in front of the handlebars means you can stay in your comfortable cycling position and keep your eyes on the road more.

You can place the Garmin Charge Power Pack underneath the Garmin Extended Out-Front mount. Garmin Edge 1030/830/530 devices can be charged wirelessly via the mount, through a 5-pin connection. Other Garmin Edge cycling computers can be charged using a cable. Plus, this mount can be used with all other Garmin Edge cycling computers.

What is the difference between the different Garmin handlebar mounts?
• The Edge Extended Out-front handlebar mount is the shortest of the Garmin Edge handlebar mounts, contrary to its name. However, this handlebar mount is positioned slightly higher up than the others, making it suitable for the larger Edge models like the Edge Explorer and the Edge 1030 (Plus).
• The Edge Flush Out-front gives you the option of using a Garmin Charge Power Pack in combination with a number of Garmin Edge bike computers (530, 830, 1030). You can install the power pack at the bottom of the mount. Convenient during those very long rides, when you can't charge your computer regularly.
• The Edge Out-front mount is a nice, sturdy handlebar mount to which no extra accessories can be attached.
