Ergon's original and revolutionary GP1 grips remain the golden standard in this category, and make cycling very comfortable for you.
Optimal comfort
With their large, soft surface the Ergon GP1 grips provide optimal pressure distribution for the palms, which makes these grips very comfortable. As hand sizes vary they are available in two sizes, small and large, each with a different diameter. A larger hand has better and more comfortable contact with a grip with a larger diameter. For a smaller hand the opposite is true, of course. This may also depend on personal preference.
Durability with a capital D
A forged aluminium clamp ensures quick and secure attachment. It requires nothing other than sliding the grip onto the handlebar and tightening the bolt to the grip. Similarly, adjusting the supporting platform is simply done by loosening the bolt and turning the grip to the desired position.

Ordered these grips for my 12-year-old Giant Expedition 2.0. First replaced the original grips with these identical grips six years ago, so now after 6 years they needed replacing again. You don't have to be handy to install them yourself, you just need the right allen keys. It took me 3 minutes and my handlebars look like new again. Perfect, also the value for money.
