| Brand | CORE |
The CORE 2 Thermal Sensor is designed for avid athletes who want to get the most out of their workouts. This compact sensor measures your core and skin temperature in real-time, allowing you to better anticipate and prevent heat stress during training rides and races. Whether you are a cyclist training in the mountains or a triathlete looking for new PRs, this sensor gives you valuable information on how your body handles heat.
Smart training data for heat adaptation
Using the Heat Strain Index, the sensor calculates how hard your body has to work to cool down. The CORE app displays your exact heat zones, so you can target training in the right zone (Zone 3). By regularly training in this zone, you will increase your heat adaptation and improve your VO2 max, blood volume and more. The Heat Training Load and Heat Adaptation Score help you plan training sessions better and make your progress measurable.
Real-time insights for better race performance
During races, CORE will give you timely alerts if your body is in danger of overheating, so you know when to cool down or adjust your pace to perform optimally. The sensor can be paired with heart rate monitors and compatible sports devices such as Garmin computers, so you always have the right data at hand. Thanks to its lightweight design and long battery life, the sensor is barely noticeable and always ready to use.
