The construction of the Castelli Superleggera T 18 makes the socks highly stretchable for a good and comfortable fit. The socks have a very light mesh material around the ankle and at the top of the foot for a nice cooling effect and comfort in hot weather.
Support band and antimicrobial properties
A support band has been placed around the mid-foot to make these cycling socks even more comfortable. Finally, Meryl Skinlife yarns with antimicrobial silver ions have been used so that the Castelli Superleggera T 18 socks remain odour-free for a long time.

Very comfortable sock for summer and hot days
The fabric breathes very easily due to the mesh structure, therefore fine sock for hot days or if you get hot feet quickly. Has a slightly thicker part under the forefoot for a bit of comfort. Antibacterial material seems to really work, the socks don't retain any unpleasant odours. The black version does stretch much less easily than the white version. This makes donning a bit trickier (the neck of the sock is a bit difficult to get over the heel). Material is also a bit fragile, if you pull hard when taking them off/putting them on, the mesh can tear. I have already had to downgrade one pair to indoor cycling sock (therefore 4 stars instead of 5). But despite this, still very satisfied with these socks.
