I can recommend the bag for office use.
I was looking for a bag to take to work. Two water bottles and my mackintosh and trousers fit comfortably. The bag is well made and looks good. Unfortunately, when the bag is full, the press studs on the handles are difficult to close. However, the bag is still closed with the closure hook. I would not use it for larger purchases.

I use the pannier to go to work. It is easy to click on, waterproof and there is more than enough space for my stuff. The only downside is that the click system makes some scratches on my carrier.
