I just went on holiday with this construction and it worked perfectly. Bumpy roads, dirt tracks, gravel roads, it doesn't matter it stays put just fine. And it charges your phone in the meantime, so no hassle of Google maps draining your phone halfway through. I also rode with it once at night and it made sure my phone didn't go dark or dark, so that was very nice. Am very happy with this purchase!

The traction is as described, assembly doesn't amount to anything. Phone works beautifully on it. Long distances I have yet to drive.

You have a nice big picture. Holder vibrates a little too much for me. Does not charge wirelessly enough. I expected a bit more from it. The benefit is too great not to use the holder.

Ideally, the phone charges automatically. On an uneven surface, the screen vibrates a lot, but the phone's tight attachment keeps it in place. The tight fastening does make it difficult to place the phone in the holder.

If you are looking for your phone holder for your Flow system then look no further. You would click this one onto your kiox holder. Your phone sits securely in the holder and the product is robust. You also easily put your phone in or out in one move. The advantage is that it instantly charges your phone wirelessly so your phone doesn't run out of power. With a cable is also possible. Although Bosch should have included this one for the price. It is a sturdy and reliable product. With your smartphone connected, everything is just that little bit more extensive than on the kiox 300 or 500. Especially the navigation. For short rides I use the kiox 300 and when touring I use the smartphone traction. Very satisfied this purchase.

The smartphone holder does exactly what you expect and because it's part of the whole Bosch system, it integrates perfectly. On the negative side, it's a very slow charge, at least with my phone, I've noticed, and getting the phone into the holder is a bit fiddly -- though once it's in, it's in.

Was looking for a mount so I had an easy way to navigate. With the Kiox 300 it can be done but wanted some ease of use and a bigger screen. This is actually perfect. The wireless charging is nice. What I still miss is on the software side. I would love to be able to customise the information displayed in the app. And what would be really cool is integration with other apps, for example an audio app or my smartphone app, so I can control all those things from one screen. But maybe that's thinking a little too big. Long story short; it does what it is supposed to do. And now just hope Bosch will continue to build and expand its smart system.

Excellent and good delivery, ordered today, in the mailbox tomorrow! For touring from komoot, easy to install the route with the phone. Clear image route and clearly indicates turns, or that you are going the wrong way. Other data like speed, battery etc clearly visible. Phone is charged immediately.

The Bosch eBike SmarphoneGrip was not in stock at the shop near me but despite that, it was quickly collected there. The holder is larger than the Kiox 300 and provides a good grip. It takes some figuring out how to get the phone's display in say landscape mode.

Use as a GPS with komoot app

So far I've only had very good experiences. The view on the smartphone is much better and you have a better overview of the route you have travelled. Another advantage is the good overview of the other displays.
