The lack of suspension makes the Cortina e-bike slightly less comfortable on bad roads and uneven surfaces.
Rollerbrakes react the same in all conditions, however, the braking distance is a bit longer than with disc brakes, for example.
Due to the lack of suspension, it can feel a little less comfortable on bad roads.
A suspension fork and seat post would make the bike even more comfortable.
