With the Altura E-go, the Dutch brand, Batavus, has developed an absolute top model. Designing an e-bike with an intube battery at this price is already impressive, but equipping it with a reliable Bosch Active Line motor, Nexus 7-gear hub as well as hydraulic disc brakes borders on miraculous!

Comfortable handling
The Batavus Altura E-go is a completely new bike, so the frame is also completely new. The thick lower tube, which houses the battery very attractively, particularly catches the eye. Another plus of this thick tube is the high degree of stiffness, which makes cornering very smooth. The bike's geometry lets you sit upright on the Altura. Voor de aandrijving op deze fiets heeft Batavus gekozen voor de bekende Bosch Active Line middenmotor met 40 Nm aan koppel. Deze is gekoppeld aan een 400 Wh accu. Deze accu variant zal je tot ongeveer 80 km kunnen ondersteunen voordat je opnieuw moet laden. Hiermee kan je de Batavus Altura E-go dus prima gebruiken voor een recreatieve rit.

Robuuste en betrouwbare schakel- en remonderdelen
De middenmotor op deze elektrische stadsfiets levert meer dan genoeg kracht. Daarom is de nieuwe Shimano Nexus 7 naaf ook de juiste keuze voor deze e bike. Deze kan uitstekend met de krachten omgaan. Remmen doe je met de hydraulische schijfremmen. Deze remmen staan bekend om hun hoge remkracht en om het feit dat deze kracht goed te doseren is.

Het enige wat je na aankoop van de Batavus Altura E-go nog moet doen is opstappen en lekker gaan fietsen. Immers zitten alle benodigde accessoires al op deze fiets.
