Wowow Bag Cover Urban

The strap that goes across the back isn't long enough to snap onto the other side of my bag so it could potentially come off but there is elastic all the way around and it holds it on very well even though my bag is definitely at the limit of what the cover will fit over. I would like the security of the strap being clasped closed though.
