Good, reliable cable that does what it should: set and forget.
Surely a simple component can be a crucial element of a good cycling experience. For bikes with internal cabling, you often need some longer cables, especially for shifting a rear derailleur. To get through a bike frame, these cables often have to make some extra turns. Where some brands put extra coatings on their cables, these opt for a polished surface. This ensures long-term low friction and thus lighter shifting. Stainless steel as a material means that these cables therefore also last longer and are more resistant to sweat, rain, and other moisture. Lower quality cables are not stretched by the manufacturer, but these are. This means that setting from day one actually does not require adjustment. The cable keeps its length. In all subtle ways, this is actually one of the best choices for a cable that can be made when it comes to mechanical shifting on a bicycle.
