The Sanitized pads have an antibacterial coating, which prevents dirty odours.
Unlike many aerodynamic helmets, this helmet has very good ventilation around the head.
With this helmet you have less air resistance than with a regular helmet.
Cons

The strap can not be adjusted at the ears, so it may fit les well for some people.
Despite the good ventilation, you always give up something compared to a more 'open' helmet.
