According to the product specialist

Pros
The most supple tubes due to the use of cotton.
An all-round tread with plenty of grip and low rolling resistance.
Best tube for even the most muddy conditions.
Tube made from cotton has a low rolling resistance despite the high lugs.
Easily loses any mud stuck to the treads.
Flexible tyre that moulds itself perfectly to the unevenness of the surface for low rolling resistance.
Good for riding on sand, grass and gravel surfaces. Extra grip to the side of the tread for speed retention when cornering.
There is no chance of punctures with this tyre, so it's ideal for gravel paths with potholes and larger rocks.
Cons
Less suitable for the most muddy conditions.
-
Tubular is difficult to replace when your tyre gets punctured while your on the road.
