According to the product specialist

Pros
The latex material makes this tube much lighter than traditional inner tubes.
The elastic latex material offers great protection against a flat.
Lightweight, supple and durable ideal alternative to tubeless riding.
The suppleness of this inner tube strengthens the properties of the outer tube for lower rolling resistance and better grip.
Fits both 29 inch and 28 inch tyres with a width between 1.70 - 2.30 inch.
Cons
Latex inner tubes lose air faster than butyl inner tubes, so you'll need to inflate the tube more often.
Latex tubes lose around 0.5 to 1 bar (7 to 14 psi) of air per day, which means you need to inflate more often.
