Description

Maxim Carbo Loader is mainly made up of carbohydrates (96% carbohydrates, of which 6,7% sugars). You use the product one day before race day. On race day, you use it 2 to 3 hours before the start. Thanks to the neutral taste you can add it to both warm and cold drinks.

The product can be added to drinks (non-carbonated), such as milk, fruit juice, coffee or tea. It can also be added to yoghurt, pasta sauce or porridge. Use one scoop per 250ml and/or one scoop per meal.

Easy to mix with any food or liquid

The product devolves really easily when mixed with liquids, has a neutral taste so you can pretty much mix with anything to suit your preference. Can be sprinkled on foods to get that extra carbo boost. No staining of your drinks bottles

genoeg koolhydraten zonder overvolle maag

Gebruik dit nu al en paar jaren 2 keer per jaar: Velomediane en een lange tocht in de bergen. Ervoor had ik telkens een hongerklop omdat ik als fietspendelaar niet gewoon ben om te eten tijdens de inspanning, Daarna had ik een overvolle maag aan de start. Dit is denk ik ideaal.

genoeg koolhydraten zonder overvolle maag

Als toerist doe ik 1x per jaar de velomediane, dus meer dan mijn woon-werk. Vroeger at ik heel veel de dag evoor, nu drink ik de dag ervoor 5x een extra glaasje water met een schepje carbo loader en 's morgends voor de start nog wat. Dus veel minder volume en toch heb ik tijdens en na de wedstrijd minder honger.
