Maxim Carbo Loader is mainly made up of carbohydrates (96% carbohydrates, of which 6,7% sugars). You use the product one day before race day. On race day, you use it 2 to 3 hours before the start. Thanks to the neutral taste you can add it to both warm and cold drinks.
The product can be added to drinks (non-carbonated), such as milk, fruit juice, coffee or tea. It can also be added to yoghurt, pasta sauce or porridge. Use one scoop per 250ml and/or one scoop per meal.
