Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- The Vittoria Mezcal is a tyre ideal to use as a tyre for high traction on sand and forest surfaces.
- Vittoria Mezcal TNT allows riding with inner tubes as well as without inner tubes (tubeless).
- Compared to the TLR, this TNT tube no-tube variant has better puncture protection on the tread.
- These mountain bike tyres have good protection against external cuts.
- TNT technology makes the tyres easy to make tubeless with 90ml of latex sealant per tyre.
- The Vittoria TNT has a slightly higher rolling resistance compared to the Vittoria TLR tyres.
- Tubeless sealant should generally be topped up every 3-6 months.

Hard-wearing and puncture-resistant top tire
Great rear tire. This is the 3rd Mezcal rear tire for my MTB after 15,000km of cycling fun. +/- 7500km per tire. Great in terms of durability. They are also very puncture resistant. Since having vittoria on the mtb I have not had a single puncture. Grip is good for a rear tire. I have the barzo on the front.
