SwissStop's Disc Brake Silencer consists of a special, protective formula. This product not only prevents squeaky brakes, but eliminates unwanted vibration in your brakes so you brake more safely. This product also helps prevent corrosion and blockage of your brakes by applying a very thin protective layer to your brake disc.
User tips
Use:- Step 1: remove brake pads from the caliper;
- Step 2: clean brake pads and rotor with brake cleaner;
- Step 3: shake the Swissstop Disc Brake Silencer until you hear the ball rattle inside (about 15-20 seconds);
- Step 4: spray a small amount of Silencer on the brake pads and let dry for a few minutes;
- Step 5: mount the brake pads back on your bike;
- Step 6: to achieve the correct braking force, you need to brake-in the pads.

searched for a degreasing spray for my sliding brakes, as they were squeaking. applied the spray and let it dry. desired result immediately. very satisfied

Does an excellent job but there are much cheaper alternatives.
I bought this brakesilencer in a moment of pure frustration because I could no longer ride my bike in natural areas with good decency. The product does its job just fine, but the effect remains, depending on braking intensity for a few days to weeks. Immediately upon first use, I noticed that this is a deadly graphite spray. If you take Nigrin graphite spray as an alternative, you only pay 3.95 and have a much more practical packaging that allows you to spray between the brake pads without removing them.

Great product does what it is supposed to do
It is easy to apply and after injecting it, the squeaking of the brakes is immediately over. Do clean up after application.
