After a drizzle ride, I was soaked after 30 minutes. The specifications say fully waterproof, but the description says water-repellent. If you want fully waterproof, this is not the right jacket. But for the money, definitely a good jacket.

Recently had bike ride with a lot of wind and a downpour of 15 min and indeed no cold and protected from the rain top

Very happy with it. Exceeds expectations because I could also use it as a windbreaker in the descents in the Vosges. Also stops the rain just as expected. Folds up nice and compact so doesn't take up too much space of energy bars for a long (mountain) trip.
