According to the product specialist

Pros
These pedals can be used with clipless-shoes and normal shoes.
The lights in this pedal make you extra visible in the dark, up to 400 metres!
The power transmission and support of this pedal are excellent.
The bearings rotate smoothly and have a good seal, making this pedal last a long time.
This pedal can be used with regular shoes as well as cycling shoes!
This pedal has robust and well-sealed cartridge bearings, which are easy to maintain.
The aluminum body makes this a light but durable combination pedal.
Cons
When cycling in the woods, it is sometimes difficult to engage the pedal because it only engages on one side.
When using this pedal as a flat pedal, the light faces forward rather than backward. Luckily, you can swap the lights from one side to another.
Click-on only works from one side.
