Because the derailleur is further under the cassette, it is better protected against damage from falls.
Another advantage of the position below the cassette is that the derailleur is less susceptible to poor shifting due to mud and sand in between.
Cage Lock allows you to mount and dismount your wheel with ease.
Roller Bearing clutch prevents chain rattling.
More room between your Shimano 10 or 11 speed rear derailleur and cassette for less wear and improved durability.
From 1% to 27% more chain room on the cassette between the largest and smallest sprocket.
