According to the product specialist

Pros
Equipped with three Velcro straps for quick adjustment of the shoe.
The inForm Race fit leaves a bit more space in the shoe for more comfort.
The outside of the shoe is equipped with GnarGuard material making it able to withstand rough handling.
-
Nice all-round look, enabling you to wear the shoes outside cycling as well.
The soles are very flexible, which makes them comfortable on and off the bike.
Cons
The sole gets a 6.0 out of 14.0 on rigidity which means that the sole is not that stiff which results in a loss in power when pedalling.
-
The suede upper is abrasion-resistant but will wear faster than regular cycling shoes.
The soles aren't very stiff during cycling, so they're more casual shoes.
