According to the product specialist

Pros
With a light output of 130 lumens, the Stud is perfect for use in the city or on illuminated bike paths.
The Stud does not blind oncoming traffic.
The lens of the Stud partly runs through the side of the lamp. This makes you more visible to traffic approaching from the sides.
The BBB Spot rear light can be mounted almost anywhere thanks to the two included mounts; your seatpost, saddlebag, backpack and even clothing.
When the battery of the BBB Spot is running low, the lamp switches to flash mode. This increases battery life by up to 2 hours.
The Garmin Varia UT800 and Varia RTL515 warn you of traffic coming on from behind, and make sure you're visible night and day.
Both lamps come with ANT+, so you can easily pair them with other (Garmin) ANT+ devices.
The Garmin Varia bike light set is IPX7 certified, so you can use these lights without an issue in diverse weather conditions.
Ideal for use in urban environments: visible up until 2 km (1.2 mi) in the brightest setting.
Using the ANT+ signal, you can swiftly pair both lights to other Garmin and Bontrager devices.
The integrated light sensor automatically adjusts the brightness to the environmental light level.
The Sigma Aura 80 / Blaze lighting set is ideal for use in and around the city where the cycle paths are partially illuminated.
The light pattern is designed to give you a good view of the road, but does not blind other road users.
This lighting set is splashproof according to the international IPX4 standard and therefore also suitable for bad weather conditions.
With a double click, the bicycle lighting is switched on, by keeping the button pressed, it is switched off again. This function prevents unwanted switching on, e.g. when in a bag.
The handlebar mount guarantees a quick and secure attachment to any handlebar. Thus, the set can be installed and removed without tools.
Cons
The Stud is not suitable for use in the forest or on unlit cycle paths; the light output is too low.
The 800 lumen light output of the Varia is too powerful for road use in urban areas.
The headlight has insufficient power to light up the road, so it's less suited for dark, rural areas.
At the highest setting of the Aura 80 (80 Lux), the maximum burn time is 4 hours. For a long drive in the dark, this can be just a little short.
