According to the product specialist

Pros
-
The multiple versions allow every rider to pick their favourite amount of float.
Unworn cleats let you clip in and out easily and lock into the pedal better.
Each colour has its own degree of float: Red: 0 degrees, Blue: 2 degrees, Yellow: 6 degrees.
Yellow is for anyone starting out in cycling or not 100% sure of their cycling position.
Blue and Red can be used if you have done a bikefit and provide the best power transfer.
The silicone grip strips under the cleats mean you're less likely to slip.
Available in three versions, each with their own disengagement angle.
Cons
-
As cleats are prone to wear, they will need to be replaced every now and then.
The grips aren't designed to last for miles.
