Because the chain has nickel-plated links, it will wear less quickly on your cassette. This extends the life of your parts.
This chain and cassette are very strong and durable.
This cassette fits a regular Shimano HG freehub; a new Sram XD freehub will not need to be mounted.
This cassette and chain combo provides excellent shifting.
