Cons
You'll need to change the freehub of your wheel to an XDR to mount this cassette.
Not every Dura Ace 11 speed derailleur is compatible with a 30T cassette, only the Dura Ace R9100.
The sprockets are made of steel so this cassette is heavier than others which have titanium sprockets.
