According to the product specialist

Pros
The Michelin Lithion 3 is a specialist in wet conditions by the Grip Compound.
The rigid carcass allows the tyre to last for many kilometres.
A true mile muncher! It offers an excellent balance between durability and puncture protection.
PureGrip compound provides excellent grip on wet and dry surfaces.
Durable compound, meaning it will last longer than a Schwalbe One tyre.
Available in a variety of colours.
Cons
The stiff carcass provides a slightly higher rolling resistance.
Rolling resistance is surpassed by that of faster competition tyres.
You notice an increased rolling resistance over the Schwalbe One for instance, but the increased puncture resistance royally compensates for that.
