According to the product specialist

Pros
-
Garmin Vector 3S pedals are easy to mount and easy to attach it to different bicycles.
Power meter pedals can be used on road, mountain, gravel and cyclocross bikes!
With a 1% measuring deviation, this power meter is very accurate.
This power meter measures your pedal stroke on round and oval chainrings.
The individual parts of these pedals are replaceable.
Cons
-
Battery life is shorter than that of competitors.
A single-sided power meter is less accurate than a double-sided power meter.
Some cranks require a spacer between the pedal and crank arm. This increases the Q-factor.
