Pros
Thanks to the long cage you can use this derailleur for cassettes with up to 32 teeth. Mighty convenient when you're in the mountains!
Being wireless you no longer have to bother with maintenance and internal cables.
This rear derailleur shifts quickly and smoothly.
In the 32T version, the chain is held extra tight by the fluid clutch.
Cons
You need a cassette with a largest cog of at least 26 teeth, otherwise this derailleur will not shift properly.
This rear derailleur is not compatible with 12-speed Sram AXS shifters.
