According to the product specialist

Pros
This cassette is made of hardened steel, which ensures unprecedented durability.
The SRAM XPLR cassette gives you the option of riding your gravel bike with a single chainring thanks to its 440% gearing range.
Optimised for shifting under the biggest loads, like bad weather conditions and steep hills, this makes for perfect shifting.
Compatible with XDR bodies and flattop SRAM chains.
With this cassette, one chainring is all you need, and its narrow wide pattern ensures that the chain always sits correctly on the sprocket.
Great finish to positively affect shifting under load, and in poor conditions.
Gives you the option of riding your gravel bike with a single sprocket thanks to the huge gear range of up to 440%.
Cons
Does not yet give you the range of a mountain bike cassette for the mountainous courses when combined with gravel chainrings. This requires a smaller ring.
Only compatible with Campagnolo N3W 13 speed bodies.
