The H10 includes the comfortable Polar Pro strap. This strap is made of fabric with high-quality electrodes that ensure precise heart rate measurements. This makes the Polar H10 heart rate monitor more accurate than ever. Ideal, because it enables you to see how your heart rate changes during exercise immediately. The H10 is waterproof, so you can even wear it to go swimming.
This heart rate sensor truly deserves to be called 'smart'. As soon as it connects with the Polar app, it'll check for software updates. Polar sends regular software updates to continue to improve the device's accuracy. In addition, the Polar H10 has an internal memory that can store one training session's worth of data. That means you can analyse your heart rate data after your workout without having to carry your bike computer, smartphone or watch during the workout. When training with multiple devices, like during a triathlon, it's possible to connect the Polar H10 to two devices simultaneously because the H10 emits 2 Bluetooth signals.
ANT+ connectivity allows you to connect this device to other devices that support the ANT+ protocol. That means products from different manufacturers can connect with each other smoothly. Many bike computers and compatible sensors feature this wireless technology through which all your sensors and devices can easily exchange data, so you'll have all your data in the right place.

Good heart rate monitor but a bit heavy
It is a very good heart rate monitor with high accuracy. The only disadvantage I have experienced is that it is rather heavy compared to, for example, the Garmin HRM-dual. You do feel it dangling a bit as a result. I guess that's because of the extra feature of recording a training session internally to read out later when you get back home. If you don't need that maybe better buy the h9....
