The Pedal Plate is an insert for your road bike pedals. With the Pedal Plate, you make your pedals suitable for use with normal shoes. The Pedal Plate makes the top of your pedal a flat surface. Does what it needs to do. Is very easy to click onto the pedal (do set the tension of the pedal to the lowest setting). The contact surface is large enough for a good grip. The pedal does drop down with the plate, but that is peculiar to this system.
