Cycling Gloves Selection Guide

Cycling gloves are often specifically designed for the road or mountain bike (on-road or off-road). Although most of them can be used in both cycling disciplines, they may differ based on certain characteristics. For example, gloves for the road bike often have a padding for extra comfort on rough roads. Mountain bike gloves, however, often have no padding to ensure better control of the handlebars. Many mountain bike gloves do have extra protection, on the knuckles for example.
