Pros & Cons

Pros & Cons

  • This pedal is one of the lightest of its kind, thanks to the use of lightweight aluminium.
  • The 6 pins on the pedal body give you a lot of grip.
  • The pedal can be clicked in from four sides, so you are almost always quickly clicked in again.
  • The bearing (plain and industrial bearing) is very durable and easy to maintain.
  • The pins give a lot of grip, so much that clicking out is only possible when you lift your foot up and turn it outwards.

The finest pedals I have used so far.

- Maarten 1 June 2025

Very nice pedals, great control over the bike. Clipping in and out is effortless. After trying several pedals from Shimano and Crankbrothers, among others, I ended up with these. I think these are the best pedals I have used so far.

Pros & Cons

Easy to click in and out
Great traction
Large footprint

Top pedals for enduro use

- Kenny 29 May 2024

Fantastic pedals for enduro use, easy to engage at different points.Only unclipping on technical trails sometimes takes some skill as you have to move sideways but still more advantages than disadvantages

Pros & Cons

Quality
Snap in smoothly
Solid
Clipping out takes some effort sometimes

Top pedal with dual purpose, so versatile

- Gravelbike 7 November 2023

Easy to mount and everything is included, so incl. cleats. Double action, as a click pedal also with regular shoes. The bolts on the pedal can be adjusted for extra grip.

Pros & Cons

Dual function (click pedal and regular shoe)
Easy to click in
Easy to mount
Clickers give slight elevation middle pedal
No standard SPD cleats
Automatic translation

I am a big fan of the pedals and can definitely recommend them.

- Marcel 27 November 2022

I drive the Mallet E and Mallet E LS pedals for several years and am still very satisfied. In the bike parks, the pedals have to put away quite a bit, because it can also happen that a stone is in the way. One-time contact is at least no reason to give way. I also find super that there are Refreshing Kits for the Crankbrothers pedals, which ensures many years happy if you care for them properly. --> Top

Pros & Cons

Durable due to refreshing kits
Fast shipping
Super easy handling
Top quality, as usual!
Limited color selection
Price rather in the upper range

Best clip-in pedals when finally setup to my liking

- Lars 31 May 2022

A bit tricky to setup, many adjustments that are not easy to adjust on-the-fly. But when finally done, very comfy and durable pedal!! Included std cleats to high release angle for my liking.

Pros & Cons

Durable
Good grip
Good mud clearance
A bit fidly to setup
Hard to break in
Included std cleats might not suitable
