BORN's Recovery Shake is a protein drink that helps your muscles to recover after a high-intensity training session or competition. It contains proteins, amino acids, carbohydrates and minerals.

The proteins and amino acids contribute to conserving muscle mass and support the recovery of damaged muscle fibres. The added carbohydrates come from various carbohydrate sources (maltodextrin, dextrose, and sugar). These sources are quickly broken down by the body and absorbed into the bloodstream. Replenishing carbohydrates after an endurance workout is essential for a speedy recovery. The minerals (electrolytes) support healthy moisture regulation. This results in an all-round protein shake for a quick and powerful recovery!

With a total capacity of 450 grams, the BORN Recovery Shake is an ideal partner after a race or workout. It can be easily mixed with water, soy milk or skimmed milk.

Instructions for use: Dissolve 6-7 scoops (75 grams) of powder in 500 ml water or milk (1 bottle). For the best possible recovery, take BORN RECOVERY SHAKE within 30 minutes after the effort (500 ml).

Recommended use: It is recommended to consume no more than 2 protein shakes per day.
