The carbohydrates in the Born Iso Pro Drink come from different carbohydrate sources and contain the 2:1 glucose/fructose ratio. This ratio makes a maximum carbohydrate intake of up to 90 grams per hour possible. The added minerals provide a good regulation of the moisture balance. The Born Iso Pro Sports Drink also contains an isotonic concentration, so that the sports drink can be absorbed into the blood at lightning speed.
Recommended dosage: Dissolve 4 measuring spoons (40 grams) in 500 ml of water (1 bottle). Shake well before use.

Tasty drink
For me the best drink. Taste is good (personal, of course) and the biggest advantage is that I don't get stomach or intestinal problems during exercise. Tried several brands and they still gave discomfort.

Best sports drink there is
I have been using Born Iso sports drink for at least 10 years. Meanwhile, I have tried several others but keep coming back to Born. It tastes good, digests well and doesn't stick like many other sports drinks. The only downside is the dosage per bottle. This is barely 400g. You used to have these also in large quantities of 1.5 or even 2kg but these are no longer manufactured. So I have to buy a new pack very regularly.

Tasty and not sweet or cloying
Super sports drink! tasty, not sweet/sticky and does its job. Can is only half-full when you buy it, bit sparse. And your transparent water bottle turns nice and pink ;)
