Pros & Cons
- The WTB Vulpine is a fast gravel tyre with low rolling resistance suitable from asphalt to coarse gravel tracks.
- The open stud profile next to the tread provides plenty of grip in corners on both paved and unpaved surfaces.
- Can be used tubeless with latex sealant to minimise breakdowns on the road.
- This tyre is less suitable for wet to muddy conditions in the woods.

The WTB Vulpine TCS Gravel Tyre is a fast gravel tyre thanks to its closely spaced central studs. These form an almost continuous centre line, which reduces rolling resistance. Next to the tread, the studs are placed a little further apart to provide sufficient grip on unpaved terrain and in corners. The tyre feels very predictable and controllable on gravel and paved roads.
The chance of punctures is minimal thanks to the good protection layer and tubeless possibility with latex sealant. The WTB Vulpine tyres give priority to low rolling resistance without sacrificing too much grip on short climbs or during direct braking. It is an excellent tyre for gravel racers looking for speed, as well as everyday riders looking for an efficient tyre that excels on many surfaces including asphalt, maintained gravel and rough terrain.
