Perfect, it's quick to swallow and tastes great.
The difficulty of absorbing other brands led me to try this SIS product, which is really top-notch. Excellent gel, easy to swallow (even during high-intensity races). It's quite liquid and tastes great in the mouth.

Do, especially if you often go out for more than an hour.
I always take extra gels than I think I need. Then, should I be surprised by hunger/faintness, I always have some left over. Gels are great for this. I had also tried gels from Kruidvat before this, but the quality of those just doesn't make it: you get rid of these more easily, they don't taste like the enamel is burning off your teeth, and I get the idea that I digest them faster/convert into energy faster, too.

This SiS gel will get you there!
I always have these SiS gels with me during (long) tours and cyclosportives; they are tasty (not too sweet), give lots of energy and are easy to carry.

The composition is excellent and, above all, the product doesn't have an overly sweet taste that disgusts. It also remains fairly liquid compared with other gels, which I digest much better than the brand I used before.

Fine gel with excellent flavour, does what it's supposed to do!
Ideal gel for during long endurance runs or (half) marathons. I have quick bowel problems, Mar these gels fall fine even with me. No bad taste either, for what it is quite tasty. Looks like melted Calippo ice cream, especially the Lime variant is pleasant in taste. Last but not least, doesn t do what it is supposed to do, instantly give new energy so your legs don t fill up!

Very good product that gives that little extra when power is lacking.
It suits me perfectly. Easy to eat and it doesn't make you thirsty. The only disadvantage is littering, i.e. tearing off the flap (lid) with your mouth and then spitting it out.

Tasty gel that is easy to use and can be taken without water.
The SiS Go Isotonic Energy Gel is a great gel for during endurance sports. Easy to open at the top without having the contents sticking to your fingers. The taste is fine, similar to other gels and the advantage of this one is that you don't need to take the gel with water.

Lots of benefits if you are serious about running and preparing for long races.
Top: Bulk buying is a godsend, super handy if you're training for a marathon. You need a lot of them, so having such a big supply is top and saves on costs. Tastes great, you have to work it in while running anyway, so nice that it tastes good. Easy to take while running, even when you're at pace you can take this gel without fuss. No water needed, so it runs nicely. Less: Tricky to open with cold fingers: When it's cold outside, a pack like this is sometimes a struggle to get open. The texture might be a thing: The thickness or stickiness for people might be a minus point. It leaves white streaks. Taking mess with it, after taking it you're stuck with that empty pouch. Not ideal during a long run.

Excellent sports nutrition

Pros & Cons

Good product to be tested according to personal tastes and needs
Used in conjunction with canteens with matodestrine and bars, useful before long climbs and in the second of 5/6 hour rides to make up for energy dips, it is consumed and assimilated well without the need to drink large amounts of water, any residue on the bike is difficult to remove due to the high sugar component.
Pros & Cons

Top product!

Pros & Cons

Not ant-sweet and therefore top
As far as I am concerned, one of the finest gels. Once the pack is open, the gel is easy to swallow without the need for water.
Pros & Cons

Great gel, easy to digest and drink on the go.
Great gel, easy to digest and drink on the go. The only problem you end up with two pieces when opening - better to have design like PowerGel or AMACX.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Good product, shelf life too short
Very fine gels for training marathon, only bought large pack immediately before marathon itself, but shelf life is too short, this could have been mentioned
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Acid energy
Delivers good energy, but too sour for my taste.
2 / 5
Too thick consistency and bad flavour.
1 / 5
Chunky porridge in a bag, for when you want to go over your neck on a ride.
SiS has all kinds of tasty and good products, but not these. I thought they were expired, but a quick search on the internet and no: these gels have 'texture'. I can't get them in. I read that you could give them a good shake to get rid of it, but it doesn't work for me.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Well tolerated, but artificial taste.
Format absolutely fine. The tear-off part tears easily all the way through, which others can do better. So you quickly have a mini piece of wrapper in your hand. The taste resembles a mixture of toilet stone and an imitation of lime flavour. Once it is down, it is very well tolerated.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Not intended for me
I had to go to the toilet right away. my stomach can't stand SiS. Now order Maerten. Is a lot more expensive but I can keep it down.
