Reviews over the
Selle Italia SLR TM Super Flow

Excellent second-rate saddle
the saddle is very good but it didn't go through QC. I deduce that either they don't have a QC at the factory or it is a production reject. The steep discount made me desist from making the return, but putting certain poor quality on the market is not good for the brand

Does not fit me
This beautifully finished saddle does not fit me, I rode it for a few 10 km and quickly developed pain in the hips and groin area. It remains a personal search for a good saddle.

Not the right saddle for me
My old gel saddle was fine for short rides but now that I do longer rides (70-125km), I started looking for another saddle. I did a saddle measurement at Mantel and looked for a saddle to match. Unfortunately, there were not many models available at the time and my choice fell on the Selle Italia SLR TM Super Flow. Great saddle but with my 2-3 rides a week I kept having "pain" in my seat. After trying several other bib shorts in which the pain eased but never completely went away, I decided to return this saddle and try a slightly softer one. Super nice that you can try the saddle for 30 days and return it and get a new one if you still don't like it, top service!

Fewer seat problems.
After problems with the seat, I changed saddle and this one with groove takes some getting used to in the beginning, but after longer distances it is less painful. When the ride is in the warm-up zone, the buttocks still have to get used to the shape but later they adjust. Hopefully it will be a keeper . Not quite out yet.

Good saddle, but too hard for me.
Tested saddle on my MTB. Quite an improvement over the closed saddle. No more pain at perineum. But for me the saddle is still too hard on the sit bones. Rode it 5 times, rides of 30 to 60 km through the woods.
Pros & Cons

Well-designed saddle. Top.
Cycled 45 km to start with. Finally no more pressure on the perineum. Hard saddle for the sit bones, though. But I think it will stay.

Good upgrade and definitely no numbness issues
On short fast rides and also on longer rides of more than 50k, you will be comfortable in the saddle

excellent saddle
Coming from a dense SLR, I needed little getting used to it. Advantage as expected: less pressure on noble parts and easier to sit deep. Disadvantage of this TM-version is that there is only 4 cm space for the saddle clamp, with a somewhat wider clamp there is little or no adjustment space to the front or rear. The slightly more expensive titanium rail version has 2 cm more adjustment space.

Confortable and light
The saddle is very comfortable, I struggled finding the right saddle for some time and now my search is finished. I really like it.

After years, finally found the perfect saddle!
Difficult to do a review of a saddle because choosing/finding the right saddle is so personal. But thanks to the saddle choice help and the measurement of sit bones in the shop, I have now found the perfect saddle for me. And what a difference it makes. I now cycle further, faster and with more pleasure than ever! Mantel's 30-day money-back guarantee made it easy and risk-free to try another saddle.

Top saddle and top service
I was suffering from tingling and numbness. That is now gone. The saddle felt a bit hard but that took some getting used to. I have it on my pedelec where I ride 40 km twice a day. Thanks to the good help in the shop, we arrived at this saddle, the service is super!

Everything I expected
I was already familiar with the product, so it came as no surprise...but the price was good and the delivery speed was exemplary.

This saddle comes highly recommended
The choice determined after doing the advisory test and measuring the seat bones

Good saddle that spares sensitive parts!

Great saddle!
Fine saddle, recommend everyone to use saddle with centre cutout. Recess does not detract from firmness, remains very stable. Nicely finished, good rails. Width matches manufacturer's specifications. And it is not very expensive either.

Great saddle; great buy!
Admittedly, I already had a 'dense' SLR, so the switch was relatively easy. I hardly had to get used to it. Like my 'closed' SLR saddle, this too is a more than good saddle!

very good, comfortable saddle
from the very first outing, I felt comfortable in the seat my outings last around 4 hours without discomfort and with pleasure. I would recommend this product.

Saddle is very comfortable, takes some getting used to the hardness.
Highly recommended!

Great product
Had to change the saddle because my first from Orbea (standard saddle) has unfortunately been unsuitable, as I very often everything has fallen asleep. I have the saddle now for the first time tested on 90km many mountains and it was very pleasant because it really is a different driving experience something different by the hole in the saddle if you are not used to it but in any case a purchase recommendation

the perfect saddle
Clearly it depends on one's conformation, however it's been a long time since I've experienced a feeling of comfort and pedalling performance like I do now. The saddle is ideal for those with good pelvic flexibility, and the relief channel is just the right size.

Light, solidly built and elegant at an affordable price
Cutout relieves pelvic pressure. Perhaps slightly harder than my previous saddle but you get used to it
