The product seems of good quality, is easy to mount (and dismount) on the pedals (spd), and the flu is good. However, the pedal tends to turn downwards. To be seen in the long term.

this is the kind of thing that comes in handy when you need your road bike , just in between with normal shoes

Fine tool, but far from perfect. Practical to use the racing bike without click shoes for a change. It is fairly easy to click the pedals on, but it is not really possible to remove them without tools (screwdriver/pallet to push the pin loose). I had hoped to be able to click the pedal loose again with a turning movement (just like a shoe). Getting on also takes some getting used to: because the pedals with the adapters have an imbalance, precisely the flat part of this adapter drops down. So you have to tap with your shoe first, until your pedal rotates in such a way that you can put your foot on it properly.

Great pedal plates if you want to cycle with regular shoes. It takes some getting used to at first: there will be about 8 mm on your pedal. The distance foot-saddle changes slightly. But after half an hour you get used to this. You can also unclip the plates and continue with the cycling shoes. The advantage is that these plates are light: two pieces of plastic. A combination pedal easily weighs 500-700 grams.

Fine flat plates. Am new as a cyclist and am not yet used to my bike and then still like this before I latch on with my shoes. So a top solution...

Solid quality. However, detaching it does require some strength. Something more convenient could be thought of there

Handy for my son who has yet to dare nite to start inclicken, but it is upbeat towards it (am I also rid of those heavy pedals on his racefiest.

These require some force to fit, but do the intended job perfectly! A great option if you're looking to ride in sneakers.

The plates are of good quality and fit well. They give sufficient grip and comfort. A lot nicer than without + regular shoes.

I am happy with my pedal plates. They allow me to use my racing bike for commuting . I like my Look Keo Pedals for long cycles away from traffic but find them difficult in city traffic.. The pedal plates are comfortable to use and give good security and grip. The pedal area is not large enough to allow you do long cycles in normal shoes but for commutes of 10 km they are perfect .
