Looks can be deceiving.
Gekocht op uiterlijk en merk. Is echter goedkoop product, kermiskwaliteit.

Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Nice design, but poor quality.
The spring of the bell is of poor quality, after half a year and not such high use it is already bent making the bell unusable.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Broken after 2 days, far too fragile
The bell broke after the second day. The spring is very fragile and bent very quickly. And the button at the end of the spring dislodged. The doorbell is now unusable. The design is very nice, and it's very tempting to buy it (which I did, despite the negative reviews), but really don't make the same mistake. Much too fragile.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Life-threatening.
This bell cannot be used effectively in traffic, but very few road users can hear the bell.
Pros & Cons

Am not satisfied
Weak sound, almost inaudible! Pity because beautiful elegant bell
Pros & Cons

Bad article
Likes poorly, spring is too weak, therefore weak sound to alert
Pros & Cons

Not buying.
Bell is broken within a very short time. The spring turns and then the bell is unusable. Worthless bell in other words.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Miscarriage.
Fragile thing, breaks down very easily. And then also is expensive. Don't.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Only suitable for window display.
Defective after about 10 calls. Spring bent. Bell unusable
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
spring to be modified !!!!!!!!
the bell becomes unusable after a few runs because the spring is too soft
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Not sustainable
Works less and less well each time until the spring is stretched to the point where no good force can be applied.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Poor construction. Broken the first day.
It has lasted me a day. I rang it 5 times in a row to warn some sheep I had on the road, and the spring has bent away from the bell, so now it is almost impossible to ring it. Maybe I'll leave it on just in case the Guardia Civil stops me and asks me if I have a bell.... It's not going to be useful for anything else.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Slick bubble, but does not do what it is supposed to do
After a few calls spring bent, looks slick but does not do what it was hired for.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Very poor quality
The bell was broken within a week. The spring skews very quickly. I put it back a few times but it broke off after six months. Also from a buddy it was broken very quickly.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Not recommended
Good design. Not loud enough and even less so by rain. Still very fragile construction. Knog warranty does not achieve anything.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Call so broken
Bell was broken immediately, so my experience is negative.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Does not comply
Unfortunately, this bell was hugely disappointing. Not loud enough, especially in wet conditions. Also broke within a few months.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
No good bicycle bell
Don't buy if you're looking for a ringer that should only give a loud ring tone when you call
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Moderate production
Purchased this product a few months back. After a few rides the spring broke and this is not repairable. Worthless
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Beautiful design, but functions poorly and breaks down quickly.
If only I had read the reviews earlier: indeed too soft sound and not durable. Biked with it 4 times and the spring is already "stretched" because you have to push the hammer too far away to get an audible "pinggg". In short: leave this product on the shelf and just go for a BBB Loud&Clear or Noisy Brass. Maybe a little less pretty, but they do work.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Poor quality and not usable within 1 month
Bad mechanism Was able to use the bell a couple of times after which the spring turned and just stopped ringing. Worthless purchase.

At is already 2 times the spring bent

Pros & Cons

Don't buy crap
Nice design but the control mechanism is plastic. Especially when it is cold it breaks off. For this money you may expect that a manufacturer has done some endurance testing.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Beautiful but worthless
This bell is beautiful and does not stand out on your handlebars. With me it broke twice: the spring that holds the bell is very fragile. Also, the large variant is not that loud, the smaller variant seems louder.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Spring breaks down quickly
Bought this bell for 5 persons of the cycling club. Meanwhile already with 4 people no longer workable / audible because the spring is not robust enough.
Pros & Cons

broken within a few months

unfortunate-sunny-jam
in January 2019 bought the bell , after a 3/4 year spring broken / gone , for warranty got a new one, unfortunately now september 12 again the same problem, want to call , but unfortunately the spring jumps away again. with the few times I have to call it is clear to me that I no longer recommend this beautiful bell to buy. a simple free NFTU bell has been doing perfectly for years!
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Nice design, but unfortunately not at all satisfied with functionality.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Big setback!
Very disappointing quality. Nice design, but barely functions and does not do what it is meant for. A waste of money.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Too soft
This bell looks nice and takes up little space on the handlebars. But the controls are as broke as 2.50 bells at Action and more importantly, the sound is way too soft.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Nice thing but very dependent on your bike whether it works at all
Nice design but on my Giant Contend SL this bell simply does not work. There is not enough room through the cables for free operation and on the ribbon does not work.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't buy it.
Very disappointed with this product, which seemed fine. Unfortunately, it's not as loud as a basic doorbell.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Stylish but not worth the price!
Poor sound makes it not recommended, certainly not for the price you pay.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Poor quality
1 year in use and then spring broke off, not repairable!
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Looks nice but sound worthless
Looks nice but sound is way too weak. So it is of no use. I bought a normal bell again.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Beautiful , but durability not yet top (in my model)
nice thing, but a few practical objections. 1. when installing be careful that your cables are not against it, otherwise you will have no sound. 2. After 1.5 the spring mechanism is gone. almost unusable.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Nice design but sound too soft
People do not hear the bell at a distance, only when you are close (but that is too late)
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Nice bike bell but totally not usable for long time due to bad mechanism of the spring.
You can put this bell to good use for a year. After the spring has stretched a bit. Is the bell unusable. Spring is also subject to corrosion so the bell just breaks down over time.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Expected a little more from it
Have had the bell on the bike for 3 years now and just going to try the more deluxe version to see if it's better liked
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Mostly beautiful. Less functional.
It is mostly a nice bell. Not very loud. Only catches the eye after ringing at least 3x.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Good idea, extremely poor execution
Nice bike bell that is almost "invisible" on a road bike. However, the spring is problematic, as previously posted in reviews. It gets so warped that the bell simply no longer works. Silly design flaw, because otherwise it would be a topper.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Would definitely not recommend this bell.
Unfortunately after 2 uses spring bent. Design is beautiful but unfortunately the quality of the product is poor. For this price you should expect more and at least no plastic and a better mechanism (spring).
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
The most beautiful bicycle bell, but mediocre quality
I enjoyed riding with this bell for a year, because very nice (in black on my black bike). But the spring of the trigger quickly started to rust (while bike is indoors) and eventually it fell off on the way so the bell no longer works :-(
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Vulnerable, quickly broken.
After one time stored in the shed against other bikes and the "flap" partially broken off and spring bent. Fragile product.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Too expensive for minimal sound
I'm looking for an especially loud(!) and easy to handle (preferably I don't need to take my hamd off the handlebars) road bike bell. This is my third bell and the sound of the bell fades immediately in the outdoors. The only positive is the design but the functionality of the bell lapses as the sound is far from adequate.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Age-old problem: button breaks off
Nice bell, wonderful, also loud enough and convenient. But.... at the first wrong touch (mtb, so that can easily happen) the little hammer breaks off. Not repairable anymore. Gone expensive beautiful bell!
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Moderate, spring rusted through after a few months
Beautiful bell, but about the quality I can be brief. After several months of use, the spring was completely rusted through. Not made to be used outside, where a bike is normally used....
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Far too soft
Beautiful design but absolutely not practical. The sound is much too soft. Also, the plastic clip used to ring is very weak. Bends in all directions so the bell is not hit properly.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
nice bell, moderate quality
Bell looks nice and when it does it gives a good sound. Unfortunately with me the spring broke/stretched after only a few months. This is the weak point of the bell.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Leaves quality to be desired
I am now 2 years along and have had 2 of these bike bells. When I purchased them, my eye fell on the subtle/tight design, but I would not order these again. The first bell was pretty much defective after 2 months in my opinion. The spring was lame/bent which made ringing quite difficult. Also, this bell produces very little sound. Over the past 2 years I have regularly overtaken irritated recreational cyclists on my bike who were still yelling at me to ring the bell. Tip: don't make the same mistake I did by looking only at the appearance of the bell! A Hidemybell combined with a navigation is much better quality and produces more sound.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Nice but slightly disappointing
The sound is very weak and it's a pain to put on bars: the screw is far too short. Apart from that, it's a wee elegant bell.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Nice looking bell but not very sturdy
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Nice design, not the best construction
It looks great, I really like the look. But it's typically the case that the design is over the function.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Correct
easy to install, very light, to be seen over time. after a while I find that you can't hear the doorbell all that well (in the middle of Paris, for example).
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Nice bell, good sound
Nice bell, fits well on handlebars, hardly noticeable and rings well! Good sound. With my previous bell only after 2 years the little hammer broke off. Hopefully this one will last longer.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Too little sound
Looks sleek, but you don't get much use out of it; produces very little sound.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Nice design but very fragile and soft
This is my second one already. The design is beautiful and fits perfectly so the bell is not clunky in the way on my handlebars. However, it is not very loud. Other cyclists often don't pull over until I'm right behind them and so I regularly get the comment "ring the bell!" hurled at the back of my helmet. Calling often and loudly has caused me to lose the fragile knocker during a ride. But due to Mantel's prompt service, I ordered another Knog anyway.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Too expensive, placement on handlebars unfavorable.
Similar product at AliExpress you pay a fraction of this price. Mounts close to the handlebar stem, this is inconvenient if you want to call then you have to release your hand from the handlebar every time.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
More appearance than....
I find the bell too quiet for road traffic
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Sound too weak.
A little disappointed by the low volume of this horn, when others of similar design offer a much more audible sound to other road users.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Double feeling with this bell
Very nice design, quality is disappointing
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Sleek design and discreet
Should sound a little louder but satisfies fine and is discreetly built around handlebars. Mounting with 1 screw.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Fragile
For now it does ok, but it really is a fragile thing. This is also evident from the other reviews, which I really should have read earlier.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Good, but could be better
Too bad the button to call with has a weak spring. After 1 ride already bent. Will still work (but no longer by pushing down). Now have to push the button forward against the bell myself to ring.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Spring in bell broken too quickly, within 3 months
Small and compact bell, only broken too quickly
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Nice design but mediocre quality
Great expectations given the price but a very fragile product that you notice when assembling. Valve after a while will clamp, feather rusts and therefore lacks function because you can not call hard enough. Not recommended.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Nice bell, but does not work well!
The bell sounds too soft, so people don't hear it
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Nice bell, but handle it with care. For an MTB and its surroundings perhaps too vulnerable.
Nice bell, loud enough and easy to operate. Easy to mount, with ideal cable cutouts. In just the right spot for my Cube. The control pawl is delicate. It is mainly attached to the spring. Tap it too hard and it is broken. Operate it too clumsily and you can no longer ring as loudly as intended. After a month my bell was broken.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Form took precedence over function
Very nice thing, but the sound is actually not loud enough. Wonder how long the feather of the clapper will last...is a bit far out.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Too fragile
Nice bell and good loud sound, but unfortunately far too fragile. After a few weeks the little hammer broke off and the not exactly cheap bell could be thrown in the trash.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
not too conspicuous bell, until you call!
Beautiful bell, very nicely done, does not stand out. Nice material. Also rings very loud and fits the thicker rod. Beware of wires though; the bell is in the curve, making it sensitive to wires hitting it. Spring to ring is sensitive though, bends too far quickly. With some harder pushing the bell still works. All in all a good purchase that allows you to let those ahead know you are coming without having to hit the brakes.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Looks nice, but doesn't deliver enough decibels
Installation no problem, but later found that I was not heard in some busier city traffic.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Fine bell in rotten place though
Rings loud, but unfortunately has to be mounted close to my handle because near my cables where it should really then it does not ring .
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
loud yet minimalist look
brilliant minimalist bell that produces a loud piercing sound yet very sleek enough to dovetail an aero bike.
4 / 5
mooie slanke bel met goed geluid
heb deze bel gekozen omdat deze mooi slank is en dus bijna niet opvalt op je fiets. daarnaast ook een duidelijke ping!
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Good looking, narrow, will fit on any handlebar regardless how much equipment you have on it.
I like that this bell is so narrow. It fits just between the stem and the tt bar. And has a nice clear sound.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Looks good and easy to install
Almost perfect, for best noise the "operating" needs to be precise
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Hele mooie bel.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Good quality product.
Works well, could be little louder.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Slim looking bell and low cost
This is a slim line bell that does what is needed at a low cost. Perfect for road/Gravel or MTB
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Als het nodig is doet ie wat ie moet doen.
Als ik twee maal met mijn fietsbel bel nou dan weet je het wel. Het maakt het wielrennen een stukje veiliger.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Does what it is supposed to do: ring
Meets expectations. I previously had the Knog Oi Luxe but the spring is already broken. This one seems a lot more solid and cheaper.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Belts good, not hard
Belts good, not hard
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
beautiful and unobtrusive but a little too quiet
I expected the sound to be a little better but the design is very nice
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Nice design bicycle bell
Cute bike bell! A different design than the normal bike bells. Nicer, less noticeable on the handlebars. I also like the sound better than the normal bike bells.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Handy little inconspicuous bell
I have 3 of these bells now , 2 on the mtb and 1 on the road bike. They are inexpensive, light and hardly noticeable. I use them regularly and they are loud enough for me. Unfortunately for some people no bell is loud enough so they don't move. A pity is that the spring is not made of stainless steel, so it rusts after a few times cleaning and/or rain. But on average a fine little bell!
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Fine bell with nice and sleek design
Installation is easy and sound is fine. However, the volume could be a little higher.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
nice bell
bell sits nice and tight on your handlebars, sound is a little too soft
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Good but to be seen in time
Attractive, discreet look. Integrates perfectly with other controls. Sounds loud enough, but not every time. Seems fragile. To be seen over time.
Pros & Cons

Super bell!
Easy to mount does not get in the way and is easy to operate In addition, it looks perfect
Pros & Cons

Nice bell that you hardly see. Bell does not go very loud but loud enough
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Fine bubble
Bought for road bike. Works fine for purpose
Pros & Cons

Nice design and enough sound
After reading many reviews I found that it does go pretty hard, so don't hesitate maa buy it.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Discreet
Does the job, discreet on the hanger
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Fine bike bell for when you're cycling leisurely and not in a hurry to get people to pull over
In stronger winds and more ambient noise, the bike bell is not easily audible to fellow road users
