GripGrab DryFoot 2 Waterproof Everyday

Does what it needs to do
I have them in my bike bag and when it rains or the roads are wet I quickly put them on. They keep my feet dry and my pant legs and shoes clean.
Pros & Cons

Practical solid "overshoe" for rainwater (design sole is 80% open).
I ride my bike for +2 hours every day. I wear them in wet weather under my waterproof pants (if it's above it, water can flow in because at the calves it doesn't seal perfectly). The elastic lip at the bottom front does hold water. If you have shoes with a low seam of the sole, water can still enter along there. So better avoid puddles. They are easy to put on and tighten with the Velcro against the calves. The fabric is strong and the Velcro seems to be of good quality (it has a large surface area so a lot of dirt must get on it before it no longer "catches").

Waterproof and strong
Good and waterproof, not for summer, with mountain bike shoes it's better to go up a size.

Recommended for cycling in rainy weather
Fully meets expectations. Feet and lower legs stay dry.
